Meet the CEO
Hello, my name is Naveenan Thanendra, and I am the CEO and Owner of QSE Learning, and I am proud to continue the legacy of an institution that has been part of my life from a very young age. QSE Learning was originally founded by my father, and my own journey with the centre began when I sat my 11+ exam as a child. That experience shaped my belief in what high-quality education can do — not only for academic outcomes, but for confidence, discipline, and long-term success. I began my career as an Investment Banker, gaining a strong foundation in leadership, performance, and strategic thinking. I later moved into the education sector, leading business development and finance offices within global education technology firms, with a specific focus on adult education and skills development. Working closely with learners across different stages of life strengthened my personal belief that education is the greatest tool we can give someone — and that every learner, with the right support, can exceed expectations. Today, I am committed to building on QSE Learning’s purpose: to provide children with an end-to-end educational experience, supporting them from the early years with 7+/ KS1 through to 11+/KS2 and key milestones such as GCSE. I truly believe that anyone can reach their potential when they are nurtured in the right environment, with high standards, structure, and encouragement. As a father of three children, education is also deeply personal to me. My eldest underwent QSE Learning’s 11+ programme recently, achieving offers at all his chosen schools, including scholarships. He currently attends the top elite private school in Central London, and this has further strengthened my drive to ensure that our values remain at the heart of everything we do. More importantly, I want QSE Learning to continue giving back to our community by helping children succeed from as early as Year 1, right through to secondary education and beyond – whether their path is Grammar Schools, Private Schools or Boarding Schools. It is a privilege to lead QSE Learning forward, honouring my father’s vision while continuing to evolve the institution so that more children and families can benefit from the guidance, care, and educational support that has defined QSE Learning for generations.
