At QSE Learning, our KS1 & KS2 Academic Mastery Programme is crafted to give students in Year 2 to Year 6 a deep understanding of their subjects and the confidence to apply their knowledge in school and everyday learning.
The programme is fully aligned with the UK National Curriculum, ensuring that every topic taught in school is covered – and more. Our students are trained to perform one to two levels above their academic year, preparing them not only for excellent results in school but also for future academic challenges, including 11+ preparation.
Subjects covered include:
Mathematics – Building problem-solving skills, mental arithmetic, and conceptual understanding.
Verbal Reasoning – Developing logical thinking, comprehension, and analytical skills.
Non-Verbal Reasoning – Enhancing spatial reasoning, pattern recognition, and visual problem-solving.
English – Focusing on grammar, reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary.
Classes are structured to ensure personalized attention and effective progress tracking. Students attend two sessions per week – two hours on a weekday and two hours on the weekend. For families who prefer a different schedule, we also offer the option of a single four-hour weekend session, subject to teacher availability.
